The current situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic is changing the way we travel. Because of this, we have adapted to the situation by offering you safe stays and flexible booking conditions, suited to your needs.
Now you can:
- Book and, if in the end you can’t come, we will refund your money.
- Decide up to 24 hours before check-in.
- No penalties for cancelling your booking.
What can you do if you have a problem with the booking?
Here at More Holiday we will not leave any of our clients in the lurch. The health crisis has meant we’ve all been through situations we could never have imagined and so we are doing our best to adapt to your needs. What are the cancellation conditions?
You may be forced to cancel the booking due to causes related to COVIC-19. If your cancellation falls within this category and you let us know at least 24 hours in advance, we will refund your down payment or you can change your reservation to another date which is available.
Can I ask for a change of dates?
Yes you can, you can ask to change the dates as long as you let us know at least 24 hours in advance. You can do this by getting in touch with the holiday home, or contacting us by e-mail at info@moreholiday.com or calling us on +34 678 278 388.
What measures are the holiday homes taking?
All our holiday homes have implemented the obligatory health procedures required of them by the Govern de Catalunya and Spain. At the same time, each holiday home has adapted to the situation with any extra measures they feel are necessary. If you have any questions about the protocols of any of our holiday homes, you can get in touch with us and we will inform you in detail of the measures taken.
We at More Holiday hope this situation will soon end so that our guests can continue to appreciate the small pleasures of life, such as enjoying nature or spending time with their loved ones.
