Description
Magnificent detached house for nine people, with a pool, garden, and terraces. Very quiet area with views of the mountains and the sea, about 800 meters from the center of the Port and the Port beach, and about 600 meters from La Farella beach.
The house has two floors. From the street, you enter directly on the first floor where you find the sleeping area with 4 bedrooms, all with closets: a double suite-type room with a complete bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub and access to a balcony with views, another double room with a double bed, a triple room with three single beds and access to the balcony, and a room with bunk beds. There is a second complete bathroom with a hydromassage shower.
INTERIOR
Descending the stairs, there is a very large and open space with large windows that provide plenty of light, where you find the living room and dining room on either side of the interior garden. In the living room, there are sofas, a central table, TV, and access to the external terrace. The dining room has two tables and chairs, access to the kitchen, an external terrace, and the pool. Views of the garden, terrace, and pool.
The kitchen is well-equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances. There is a washing machine and another complete bathroom with a shower on this floor.
EXTERIOR
It has a pleasant private garden, two terraces with outdoor furniture, and a private pool surrounded by wooden decking and sun loungers. Very beautiful views of the mountains, the village, and the sea. A perfect place to enjoy moments of relaxation and sun during the stay.
Kitchen equipped with: two refrigerators (one with a freezer), oven, microwave, induction cooktop, toaster, juicer, 2 coffee makers (one electric Melitta type, and another capsule type), dishwasher, table and chairs, and TV.
Living-dining room with sofas, TV, central table, and chairs.
4 bedrooms:
