What personal data do we collect?

The personal data that the user may provide:

Why and for what purposes do we process your data?

At Moreholiday, we process the information provided by interested individuals for the following purposes:

• Manage the hiring of any of our services, whether online or at our physical offices. Manage the sending of requested information.
• Manage the data provided by job applicants through their Curriculum Vitae (CV) for the sole purpose of carrying out the personnel selection process.
• Develop commercial actions and maintain and manage the relationship with the user, as well as manage the services offered through the website and information tasks. This includes carrying out automatic assessments, obtaining profiles, and customer segmentation tasks to personalize the treatment according to their characteristics and needs, and to enhance the online customer experience. Develop and manage contests, draws, or other promotional activities that may be organized.
• In some cases, it will be necessary to provide information to authorities or third parties for audit purposes, as well as manage personal data from invoices, contracts, and documents to respond to customer claims or public administrations.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The retention period for CVs of job applicants who are not selected will be one year from the date of receipt.

To whom are your data communicated?

In some cases, only when necessary, Moreholiday will provide users’ data to third parties. However, data will never be sold to third parties. External service providers (e.g., payment providers or delivery companies) with whom Moreholiday works may use the data to provide the corresponding services. However, they will not use this information for their own purposes or for transfer to third parties.

The user is solely responsible for the truthfulness and correctness of the included data, relieving Moreholiday of any responsibility in this regard. Users guarantee and respond, in any case, for the accuracy, validity, and authenticity of the provided personal data, and undertake to keep them duly updated. The user agrees to provide complete and correct information in the registration or subscription form. Moreholiday reserves the right to terminate contracted services that have been concluded with users if the data provided is false, incomplete, inaccurate, or not updated.

Moreholiday is not responsible for the truthfulness of information not created by itself and from sources other than its own, so it also assumes no responsibility for any hypothetical damages that may arise from the use of such information.

Moreholiday reserves the right to update, modify, or delete the information contained on its web pages, even limiting or not allowing access to such information.
