EL PUIG DEL FONOLLET – Country house with swimming pool and sports facilities

You get to the house via a quiet paved road that leads directly to the parking area, which includes an electric car charging point. 

The house has three floors and areas for different uses, central heating, air conditioning in all rooms, and free Wifi.

GROUND FLOOR

When you go in, there is a hallway with a guest toilet and access to the terrace. To the left, we find the stairs to the first floor with a child safety gate, 1 bedroom with two double beds and one single bed plus a full bathroom, and a large living area with sofas, a fireplace, and a large TV. Sharing this space is the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridge-freezers, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine, condiments, and paella pans of various sizes. There is also a laundry area with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Access to the outdoor chill-out area.

2 travel cots and 2 high chairs are available for families.

FIRST FLOOR

Going up to the first floor, we come to the sleeping area, where we find the other six bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All the bedrooms have wardrobes, bedside tables, and lamps. 

7 bedrooms (one on the ground floor and the rest on the first floor)

• Bedroom 1: 2 double beds, 1 single bed and a private bathroom with shower.
• Bedroom 2: 1 double bed and a private bathroom with shower.
• Bedroom 3: 1 double bed and a private bathroom with shower.
• Bedroom 4: 1 double bed, 1 single bed and a private bathroom with a bath. 
• Bedroom 5: 2 single beds and a private bathroom with a bath. 
• Bedroom 6: 1 double bed, 1 single bed and a private bathroom with shower. 
• Bedroom 7: 1 double bed, 1 single bed and a private bathroom with shower. 

SECOND FLOOR 

Going up some stairs with a child safety gate, we come  to an open-plan living area with large windows offering views. This space includes sofas, a TV, and a games room with a ping-pong table and table football, ideal for relaxing with family or friends.

COVERED PADEL COURT AND MEETING ROOM 

A short walk from the farmhouse is a covered padel court with a south-facing picnic area, complete with tables, benches, and magnificent views. Adjacent to the court is a multi-purpose meeting room equipped with a TV, projector, and screen, as well as a kitchenette with a barbecue, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine. The room has air conditioning and a guest bathroom. 

Comfort: The entire house has heating, air conditioning, and free Wifii. Washing machine and tumble dryer.

OUTSIDE

The house is surrounded by a garden and grassy areas.

 Dining room:  long table, chairs for 20 people and other furniture. 

2 Living rooms: sofas and armchairs, TV, coffee tables and other furniture. Fireplace. 

7 Bedrooms: all with a private bathroom, wardrobes, bedside tables and reading lamps, bed linen, air conditioning. Extra beds can be added to some bedrooms. 2 cots available. 

7 Bathrooms + 2 toilets: towels are provided.

Meeting room: table and chairs, TV, projector and screen. 

Games room: ping-pong and table football, sofas, TV.

Comfort: heating, air-conditioning, wifi. Washing machine and tumble dryer.

El Puig del Fonollet is a 20-minute drive from the city of Berga, with its cultural, historical, and gastronomic offer, and all the necessary services for a memorable stay.

The house is located in the Berguedà region, an area full of forests, mountains, rivers, and small villages, offering a wide range of activities such as hiking, climbing, canyoning, cycling, fishing, and canoeing. It is easy to reach the Cadí-Moixeró Natural Park and the iconic Pedraforca mountain, and you can  go hiking or cycling, cool off in the rivers in summer, or forage for mushrooms in autumn. It is a place with many hidden gems to discover.
