The apartment is all on one floor, with one small step at the entrance, and has direct access to a large terrace along the front and side. There is a bright open-plan lounge-dining room and kitchen with large French windows which lead to the outside terrace.  

In the lounge-dining room there is a big sofa-bed, armchair, small tables, TV and dining table and chairs. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances: fridge-freezer, oven, vitroceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee capsule machine, filter coffee maker, toaster and tableware. 

The apartment has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, TV and door leading out to the terrace, and the other one with bunk beds (2 places). 1 full bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Outside there is a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture – table and 6 chairs, pallets with cushions, sunshade, 2 sun loungers and plastic chairs. Washing machine in a small utility room and magnificent views of the sea and the surrounding area.

The apartment is located 50 metres from the beach, close to the port and to the shops and restaurants in the area. 

Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area. It also offers a wide variety of activities for everyone, making the town an ideal destination for enjoying a break in the Costa Brava with family or friends or as a couple.
