GRIFEU 11 – Apartment with terrace and panoramic view of the sea

The apartment has several rooms: a lounge-dining room with sofa-bed, cupboards, TV, table and chairs and French doors leading to the covered terrace. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, tableware. 

2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. 1 bathroom with a shower and sink, and a separate toilet and sink. Bed linen and towels are provided.

There is a covered terrace-balcony with magnificent views and outdoor furniture – table, chairs and sun loungers. 

Private outdoor parking space in the grounds. Communal area with storage room and washing machine shared with the ground floor apartment of the house.

Grifeu beach is one of the most important beaches in the Llançà area. It offers a large number of services to visitors, and is also unique because it is the only beach with fine golden sand in this part of the Costa Brava.

From Grifeu you can join the coastal path which goes as far as El Port de la Selva, ideal for going on excursions with the family and exploring the hidden beauty spots of the Costa Brava.
