GROUND FLOOR
Access to the house is on the ground floor, with stairs leading up to the first floor.

FIRST FLOOR
On the first floor you will find the lounge and dining room which has a TV and sofa as well as a balcony with views.

In another room is the well-equipped kitchen and a balcony with a small space outside.

There is also a guest WC with all the necessary services.

SECOND FLOOR
There are two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds.

There is also a full bathroom with a bath and shower.

ATTIC
In the attic there is a bedroom with three single beds and a chemical toilet, which leads to a large terrace.

Well-equipped kitchen: vitro-ceramic hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, juicer, kettle, toaster and kitchenware and cooking utensils.

Lounge-dining room: tables, chairs, sofa-bed and flat-screen TV. Comfort: heating, two towels per person (bath and hand), hair dryer and bed linen for all year round.

Entertainment: TV with connections for games and laptops. Magazines, maps of activities. Photo tours with prior booking.

Bedrooms: two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds.

Bathrooms: shower, towels, toilet paper, soap and hair dryer. Others: heating, wifi and a secure place for keeping bicycles.

Casa Nuria is located in Bescanó, a town in the western part of the Gironès region. A place which is well-situated for doing activities in the mountains and the coast. 15 minutes by car from the interesting Old Town of Girona, with many restaurants offering local cuisine.

This is an ideal option for active families as near the house is the “Carrilet” (Via Verde), a former railway line now conditioned for use by walkers and cyclists, which connects the Pyrenees mountains to the Costa Brava. The River Ter is also close to the house. And it’s 40 minutes by car to the beautiful Mediterranean beaches and coves of the Costa Brava.
