DOWNSTAIRS
It has a spacious reception room which leads to the patio, a lounge-dining room, kitchen with fireplace and a bathroom.

UPSTAIRS
Here we find a central communal room, which separates the upstairs into two sleeping areas. There is a double bedroom and a triple bedroom with a private bathroom, another triple bedroom and a single bedroom with a shared bathroom. All the bedrooms are large and have heating.

OUTSIDE
In the garden there is a pool for use in the summer, sun loungers and parasols, a porch with tables and chairs for evening meals or for eating outside, and a children’s playground area with swings.

Cosy kitchen with fireplace leading to the entrance hall. Equipped a with dining table, toaster, oven, cooking utensils, electric kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and cooking space. Large dining room, with vaulted ceiling, flat-screen TV, lounge-dining room area, children’s play area.

Bedrooms: bed linen, wardrobes and hangers.

“Romaní” Bedroom: master bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.
“Ginesta” Bedroom: triple bedroom with a double bed plus a single bed and bathroom with bath.
“Espígol” Bedroom: single bedroom with a single bed, shared bathroom.
“Farigola” Bedroom: triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Shared bathroom.

Bathrooms: bathroom items, hair dryer, bathtub, shower, toilet paper, towels.

Outside: picnic area with outdoor furniture. Barbecue, terrace-solarium, private pool for use in the summer with sun loungers and parasols, patio and garden. This area is opposite the house on the other side of the road.

Can Nentia is located in Fonteta, at the foot of the Gavarres mountains, surrounded by unique natural landscapes and plenty of peace and quiet. Close to La Bisbal d’Empordà, famous for its pottery, with all the necessary shops and services, and just 20 minutes by car from the beautiful Mediterranean beaches and coves of the Costa Brava.

Situated in a very well-communicated place with easy access to the beaches of the Empordà region and the Costa Brava, as well as for exploring the lovely natural area nearby. A visit to the medieval villages of the Empordanet is a must, each one with its own special character and charm, like Peratallada, Sant Feliu de Boada and Ullastret. There is also a wide range of activities to be enjoyed such as walking, cycling, water sports, tasting the local cuisine etc.
