MEDITERRANI 2 – Exclusive villa with pool next to the sea

The villa is accessed via a quiet unpaved and paved road leading to a metal gate that provides access to the property via a sloping ramp. 

SECOND FLOOR 

From the main gate, a staircase leads down to the parking area and the front door of the house, where you’ll find a spacious open-plan living and dining area with sofas, TV, dining table and chairs, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with an island and breakfast bar. There is also a fireplace, a bar area with a TV and high stools, and a full bathroom with a shower. Two sliding glass doors lead to the wrap-around terrace, which is furnished with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. There is also access to the lift. 

FIRST FLOOR 

On the first floor, you’ll find a central area with games and a lounge area with a sofa and TV, which also provides access to the terrace with outdoor furniture. There are 3 double bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom with a shower), and a shared bathroom with a shower. All the bedrooms have wardrobes, bedside tables, and lamps.

GROUND FLOOR

We arrive at the ground floor where we find the master bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, a multipurpose room with 3 sofa beds, a full bathroom with shower, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Access to the garden and pool. 

• Bedroom 4: Master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, dressing room, gym area, and TV. Panoramic views and access to the garden and pool.
• Bedroom 5: Living room with 3 sofa beds. Access to the garden and pool.

Comfort: The entire house has heating, air conditioning, and wifi. 

EXTERIOR

• An outdoor swimming pool (7m x 3m) with a waterfall. 
• Garden area with sun loungers and 2 sofa swings with awnings.  
• Covered chill-out area with sofas, armchairs, and small tables.
