MAS ROSSET – Exclusive country house with swimming pool and sports facilities

You reach Mas Rosset via a quiet unpaved road that leads to a metal gate. The property consists of a large, fully enclosed and secluded garden. Going in, there is a parking area for up to 50 cars and lawns with olive trees. The house has 3 floors and several areas for different uses.

GROUND FLOOR

You go down some stairs to reach a hallway with a terracotta vaulted ceiling. To the left is  an area with an elegant dining room and a modern kitchen featuring a central island. The dining room has a long table and 20 chairs and connects directly with the kitchen, which is fully equipped for large groups.

To the right, there is a games room with a billiards table and a bar, and a living room with sofas, armchairs and a TV. From here you can go out to the garden and a sunny terrace. Also on this floor are the jacuzzi and sauna, and one double bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower (wheelchair accessible). There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and cleaning materials.

FIRST FLOOR

Going up to the first floor, you will find the sleeping area, where the other 7 double rooms with private bathrooms are located, each tastefully decorated and with views of the garden. All the rooms have a TV, a safety deposit box, wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps, chests of drawers and a ceiling fan.

SECOND FLOOR

You go up some stairs leading to a kind of mezzanine converted into a living room with large windows overlooking the garden. This space features comfortable sofas and armchairs, a piano, bookshelves, and a desk, ideal for relaxing with family or friends.

MEETING AND FITNESS AREA

This area has different spaces and uses: when you come in from outside, there is a reception area with a sitting room furnished with sofas and armchairs, tables, and chairs. A staircase leads to the meeting room, which has a long table, 10 chairs, a TV, a whiteboard, and a webcam—ideal for business meetings or group activities.

This part of the house also features a fitness area with a gym overlooking the garden and pool, a bathroom, a massage room, and a cinema room with a very large screen. 

There is heating, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi throughout the house.

The house is surrounded by a very large 1,000m² garden with olive trees, grass and different zones:
