LA FARELLA 55 – Apartment close to the sea

The apartment has two floors. Downstairs, there is a lounge-dining room, with a decorative fireplace, sofa, armchairs, coffee table, TV, long wooden table and chairs, and sliding door leading to the terrace outside. Fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, blender, toaster and tableware. 

1 Bathroom with shower and sink, and separate toilet. 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The outside area has outdoor furniture – table and chairs.

Upstairs there are 2 more double bedrooms with double beds and doors leading to the terrace outside, 1 bathroom with a bath and toilet, and a washing machine and tumble dryer. Large terrace with sea views. 

Bed linen and towels are provided. Air conditioning and free parking outside next to the house.

The apartment is located in the La Farella residential area, 100 metres from the beach and 500 metres from the port.

Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes which pass through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area. It also offers a wide variety of activities for everyone, making the town an ideal destination for enjoying a break in the Costa Brava with family or friends or as a couple.
