The apartment has a very sunny lounge-dining room which has large windows with views of the outside terrace and the sea. Furnished with sofas, fireplace, coffee table, cupboards, dining table and chairs, stereo system and French windows leading to the terrace outside. 

Kitchen equipped with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, dishwasher and tableware, with a small opening looking out to the dining room and a door leading to the terrace outside. 

Sleeping area with 3 bedrooms, two double bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a single bed. 1 full bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine, and a separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Outside there is a large balcony-terrace which goes around the corner, with wonderful views, outdoor furniture with table and chairs.

La platja de Grifeu és una de les més importants de la zona de Llançà. Ofereix un gran nombre de serveis als seus banyistes, i també destaca per ser l’única platja de sorra fina i daurada d’aquesta part de la Costa Brava.

Des de Grifeu es pot accedir al camí de ronda que va cap al Port de la Selva, ideal per fer excursions en família tot descobrint racons amagats de la Costa Brava.
