The apartment has an open-plan area where there is a kitchen equipped with a fridge, oven, vitroceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and tableware. The lounge-dining room has a table, chairs, chaise longue sofa and TV, and leads to the outside balcony. Air conditioning unit.

There are 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, hair-drier and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The apartment is located close to the Cau del Llop beach, 1 km from the Port de Llançà area. Because of its situation, this beach is usually visited only by people in the nearby residential areas.  Family atmosphere. Behind the beach is the GI-612 road which goes to El Port de la Selva. The coastal path also passes through here, along a section which isn’t very busy and takes us to dozens of small quiet coves and beaches. Most of them are not sandy but stony beaches of dark-coloured rock, very characteristic of the area.
