You have to go up some stairs to get to the apartment which is on one floor. There is a lounge-dining room with table and 4 chairs, double sofa-bed, cupboard with TV, decorative fireplace and large French windows which let in lots of natural light and lead to the terrace with sea views. Kitchen equipped with a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, tableware and washing machine. 

There is 1 bedroom with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe, and 1 full bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Outside on the terrace there is some outdoor furniture – table and chairs – so you can have a relaxing time during your holiday.

The apartment is located in the Carboneres residential area, very quiet and close to the coast. 

Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area. It also offers a wide variety of activities for everyone, making the town an ideal destination for enjoying a break in the Costa Brava with family or friends or as a couple.
