CAN VENTURA – Country house in La Garrotxa

The house has 7 bedrooms, four of which are doubles and three with three beds. There are shared bathrooms and a toilet which is also for all guests.

The interior is divided into different areas and floors.

GROUND FLOOR
On the ground floor, we have a big lounge with fireplaces, sofas and billiards room; an open-plan fully-equipped kitchen – which also serves as a dining room – with a fireplace and a large wooden table for meals. This area leads directly to the outdoor terrace. There is also a room with a heated hydromassage pool, to enjoy all year round, and a games room for adults and children. From this area, we can go up some stairs to the meeting room, suitable for all events, with a large wooden table, and fully equipped with a projector, DVD player, VHS, C +, loudspeakers and connections for personal computers.

SECOND AND THIRD FLOORS
The second and third floors are where the bedrooms are. The second floor has a small balcony with a table and chairs and a guest toilet.

OUTSIDE
Outside there is a terrace with a barbecue area, outdoor furniture and a big garden with sun loungers.

• Kitchen-dining room, with a fireplace, is equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed. There is a long wooden table with wooden benches both sides.
• Lounge-dining room –  you can relax in the armchairs in front of the fireplace. There is a billiards table, information about the local attractions, games and a guest toilet.
• Comfort: heating, air conditioning and free wifi throughout the house.
• Entertainment: games area with billiards and table football. Indoor hydromassage pool and furniture.
• 7 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with two single beds, 3 with a double bed and 3 with a double bed plus one single bed.
• Shared bathrooms: shower, toilet paper and towels.
• Outside: barbecue area with porch and tables, and a large garden.

Sant Feliu de Pallerols is a small town with a great medieval history to discover, located in the heart of a natural area, at the foot of the Salut Mountain. It is a great area for exploring the woods near the house, the “enchanted” rocks, rivers and magnificent river pools…

It lies inside La Garrotxa Volcanic Zone Natural Park, where you can explore the volcanoes and the secret places around them. Don’t forget to taste the traditional dishes of the region served in the town’s restaurants, and experience the very rich cultural heritage, featuring castles, churches, traditional festivals, Romanesque chapels… An area full of legends well worth discovering.
