Entry to the property is through a pedestrian glass gate located on a quiet, low-traffic street. We access the house via stairs where we find the private entrance on the left side.
Entry to the interior is through a wooden door leading to a very bright interior entrance hall, with large side glass windows on both sides, offering views of the living room and the outside. This area acts as a distributor to the rest of the rooms in the house.
The interior is distributed over two floors connected by stairs.
FIRST FLOOR
This floor is very bright as it has large windows in most of its spaces that connect with the exterior. The central core is the living-dining room with a decorative fireplace that has direct access to the terrace/porch and the garden through sliding windows that let in sun and air during the summer months, making it a single space. From here we access a second dining-living room that connects with the open-concept kitchen via pass-through cabinets located in the divider cabinet between the two spaces. The garden is shared with the owners, who are very respectful and attentive; it is where we find the swimming pool with a wooden deck and sun loungers. At the end of the garden, there is a third covered space with a large long wooden table, a built-in barbecue, and a kitchen area with a sink.

Casa Danyans is distributed over two floors and has two distinct areas: the day area and the night area, with the bedrooms separated from the living room, dining room and kitchen to ensure greater tranquility during the stay. The entire house has Wi-Fi and heating.
The two areas are interconnected through an entrance/hallway. To the right, up a staircase, is the day area, and to the left, the night area.
DAY AREA
On the right side of the rural complex, up a stone staircase, is the day area, with a very large open room where the living-dining-kitchen area is located. The relaxation area has 3 sofas, a central table, a fireplace, a large TV (70”) and a pellet stove. There is a long table with 20 chairs and another round table with 8 chairs. The room has plenty of light, thanks to large windows and direct access to the large terrace with outdoor furniture (tables and chairs), an ideal place to relax and enjoy the stunning views.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a fridge-freezer, a second fridge, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, Dolce Gusto and Nespresso Krups capsule coffee machines, Italian Moka coffee makers, toaster, 2 dishwashers, kitchen utensils and tableware. There is a side bar with 6 stools.
NIGHT AREA
On the left side, there is a living room with fireplace, sofas and armchairs that serves as a distributor for the rest of the house, which has 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms distributed over two floors. All rooms have wardrobes and reading lamps. Bed linen and towels included.

The farmhouse is accessed via a little-traveled dirt road leading to a metal gate. The property consists of a large, fully enclosed, and secure garden. Upon entering, we find the pool area, also enclosed, a shaded parking area for 7 cars, and a shed for storing sports equipment such as bicycles.
The farmhouse has an exterior porch at the front, and its interior is distributed over two floors.
GROUND FLOOR
Upon entering, there is a welcoming, partially covered interior patio that serves as a distributor to the different areas of the house. To the left, a door gives access to the living area, which retains original elements such as vaulted ceilings and a rustic style on the walls.
This area features two living rooms with sofas, coffee tables, a fireplace, and other furniture, carefully furnished and elegantly decorated in warm tones with modern furniture.
The dining room has a long wooden table and chairs, with direct access to a beautiful outdoor porch equipped with another large table, chairs, and sofas for enjoying good weather.
The kitchen, spacious and semi-professional, is equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils. From the kitchen, there is direct access to the garden where there is a barbecue next to the house.
On the right side of the house, there are two bedrooms: a family room with two distinct spaces – one with a double bed and a full bathroom with a shower adapted for people with reduced mobility, and the other with two single beds. Additionally, there is another bedroom with two single beds, TV, and a full bathroom with a shower. Near the main entrance, there is a toilet.

Entry to the property is through a pedestrian glass gate located on a quiet, low-traffic street. We access the house via stairs where we find the private entrance on the left side.
Entry to the interior is through a wooden door leading to a very bright interior entrance hall, with large side glass windows on both sides, offering views of the living room and the outside. This area acts as a distributor to the rest of the rooms in the house.
The interior is distributed over two floors connected by stairs.
FIRST FLOOR
This floor is very bright as it has large windows in most of its spaces that connect with the exterior. The central core is the living-dining room with a decorative fireplace that has direct access to the terrace/porch and the garden through sliding windows that let in sun and air during the summer months, making it a single space. From here we access a second dining-living room that connects with the open-concept kitchen via pass-through cabinets located in the divider cabinet between the two spaces. Very well-equipped kitchen with access to a side exterior terrace.
In the bedroom area we find the suite with a double bed, access to the side terrace, a small desk, and a full bathroom with a shower tray that is well integrated into the main wardrobe. A second double bedroom with two single beds and access to the terrace. Full bathroom with shower tray.

The garden is shared with the owners, who are very respectful and attentive; it is where we find the swimming pool with a wooden deck and sun loungers. At the end of the garden, there is a third covered space with a large long wooden table, a built-in barbecue, and a kitchen area with a sink.
The entire exterior area has lighting, making it an ideal space to relax during summer evenings.

The house has 7 bedrooms, 4 of which are doubles and 3 triples. It has shared bathrooms and a guest toilet, also shared. The interior space is distributed across various areas and floors.
GROUND FLOOR
On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace, sofas and a pool table; an open-plan kitchen —which also serves as a dining room— fully equipped, with a fireplace and a large wooden table for meals. This space has direct access to the outdoor terrace.
There is also a room with a heated hydromassage pool, to enjoy at any time of year, and a games room for both children and adults. From this area you can access, via stairs, the meeting room, suitable for any event, with a large wooden table and fully equipped with projector, DVD player, VHS, C+, speakers and a connection for a personal computer.
FIRST AND SECOND FLOOR
The bedrooms are located on the first and second floors. The first floor opens onto a small balcony with a table and chairs, and has a guest toilet.
OUTDOORS
Outside there is a terrace with a barbecue area, furniture, and a large garden with sun loungers.

On the ground floor we find the kitchen, modernized, a fantastic space fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances. It also has a wooden table and chairs for meals, next to a large window overlooking the property grounds. The living-dining room connects directly to the kitchen and has a large wooden table and chairs, a set of armchairs, and a plasma TV. A glass door provides direct access to the garden and the barbecue area with outdoor porch.
FIRST FLOOR
The first floor is accessed via stairs and is the bedroom area. The house has 5 bedrooms, all doubles, two with double beds and the other three with two single beds each. All have private bathrooms with showers.
ANNEX
Attached to the house is a small duplex apartment, with a living room, kitchen, and bathroom with shower on the ground floor. Upstairs, accessed by stairs, is the bedroom with a double bed, TV, and windows overlooking the estate grounds.

Access to the accommodation is via a quiet road leading to a metal gate.
Casa Danyans is spread over two floors and has two distinct areas: the day area and the night area, with bedrooms separated from the living room, dining room, and kitchen to ensure greater tranquility during the stay. The whole house has Wi-Fi and heating.
The two areas are interconnected through an entrance/hallway. To the right, up a staircase, is the day area, and to the left, the night area.
DAY AREA
On the right side of the rural complex, going up a stone staircase, is the day area, with a large open room that includes the living-dining-kitchen. The relaxation area features 3 sofas, a central table, a fireplace, a large TV (70”), and a pellet stove. There is a long table with 20 chairs and another round table with 8 chairs. The room is very bright, with large windows and direct access to the spacious terrace with outdoor furniture (tables and chairs), an ideal place to relax and enjoy the stunning views.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a fridge-freezer, a second fridge, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, Dolce Gusto and Nespresso Krups capsule coffee machines, Italian Moka coffee makers, toaster, 2 dishwashers, kitchen utensils, and tableware. There is also a side bar with 6 stools.
NIGHT AREA
On the left side, there is a lounge with a fireplace, sofas, and armchairs that serves as a distributor for the rest of the house, which has 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms spread over two floors. All rooms have wardrobes and reading lamps. Bed linen and towels are included.
There is a laundry area with washing machine, drying racks, ironing board and iron, a fridge, and a toilet.
LOWER AREA
At the lower part of the house, on the right, is the covered barbecue area with 2 grills, paella pans and sink, tables, and benches.
