PINK HOUSE – Traditional modern house – Costa Brava

The house is arranged over three floors with large spaces, and 300 m² floor area. On the ground floor there are 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. On the first floor there is a lounge, dining room, kitchen and a bedroom with a full bathroom. Finally, the top floor features a spacious chill-out area – solarium terrace and table football.

GROUND FLOOR
On entering the house, there is a wide reception corridor with a double bedroom on each side and a staircase leading upstairs. These two bedrooms are full suites, with a double bed, TV and full bathroom in each of them. Both are exterior. The one with a bath has a dressing room, and the other one has a shower. At the end of the corridor are the other two bedrooms and a lovely, light-filled chill-out area which is open up to the second floor. One of the bedrooms is a suite for three guests with a double bed, a single bed and a private bathroom with shower. The fourth bedroom has bunk beds and is ideal for children or young people. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in another room.

FIRST FLOOR
Going up the stairs we come to an open-plan space with lots of natural light with a balcony, overlooking a quiet rural street where we can see the front part of the garden with pool and kitchen-eating area. In this open-plan area, there is a spacious lounge full of charm with a fireplace, sofas, TV and a dining room with a very original long table. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment for cooking. There is also a small bar with a couple of stools. On this floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom with shower outside the room.

TOP FLOOR
Bright spacious chill-out area, with sliding doors for guests to enjoy the Mediterranean sun and the tranquility of Marenyà. Sofas, chairs, armchairs, table football, bar and wifi. Terrace with wonderful views of both the lower floors of the house and the outer area with the barbecue and pool, and views over the Empordà.

OUTSIDE
This area is on the other side of the house, across a quiet street with very little traffic. Garden and relaxation area with barbecue, tables and chairs, dining area and pool.

Kitchen: spacious kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances: oven, vitroceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, capsule coffee machine, juicer.

Lounge-dining room full of charm with long original wooden table with chairs. Lounge with fireplace, sofas and TV.

Comfort: washing machine, heating, air-conditioning, ceiling fans and free wifi throughout the house.

Entertainment: chill-out area with table football, bar, lounge with sofa and armchairs and attic terrace equipped with furniture and with splendid views.

Rooms: 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed plus one single bed, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, and 1 bedroom with two single beds. All the bedrooms are fully equipped with special attention given to the details, and have their own bathroom.

Bathroom: toilet paper, hair dryer.

Outside: garden and relaxation area with barbecue, kitchen with appliances and sliding glass doors, bathroom, outdoor furniture with sun loungers and sun shades, outdoor shower and pool area to enjoy the Mediterranean sun in a very quiet village.

Marenyà is one of the four populated areaa which make up La Tallada d’Empordà, a village in the Baix Empordà area (Province of Girona), situated 35 km from Girona, 28 km from Figueres (Dalí Museum), 54 km from France (Le Perthus) and 135 km from Barcelona. The beaches of the Costa Brava and the Greek-Roman ruins of Empúries are 12 km from the house.

It is a quiet, natural area, well communicated both to the beaches of the Empordà and the Costa Brava as well as the beautiful natural park of the Aiguamolls de l’Empordà (marshlands and birds). There is a wide range of activities to choose from, such as tennis, golf, hiking, cycling, water sports etc.
