LA SOLFA – Country house in the middle of nature in La Garrotxa

The house has two floors.

GROUND FLOOR

Downstairs we find the modern kitchen, a fantastic space fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances. There is also a wooden dining table and chairs, next to some large French windows with views over the grounds of the property. The lounge-dining room and kitchen are open-plan, and feature a large wooden table and chairs, a set of armchairs and plasma TV. A French door leads out to the garden and to the barbecue area and outside porch.

FIRST FLOOR

Going up the staircase, you come to the first floor which is where the bedrooms are. The house has five bedrooms, all double, two of them with double beds and the other three with two single beds. They all have a private bathroom with shower.

ANNEXE

As an annexe to the house there is a small duplex-type apartment, with lounge, kitchen and bathroom with shower downstairs. Going up the stairs to the upper floor, you come to the bedroom with a double bed, TV and windows with views over the grounds of the property.

OUTSIDE

Outside there is a very large garden with private parking, a porch at the entrance to the house with outdoor furniture and a garden area with pool, barbecue, table and chairs.

Les Preses is a small town between Olot and the Vall d’en Bas, where the plain and the mountains combine in such a way that they make it one of the most beautiful places in Garrotxa. There we find, among other places of interest, the Natural Reserve of Volcà Racó, the Fageda del Corb or the Parc de Pedra Tosca.

Much of the term is within the Garrotxa Volcanic Zone Natural Park, where you will discover the volcanoes and the secrets that surround them. We cannot forget the typical gastronomy of the area that the restaurants offer, and a very lively cultural heritage… An atmosphere that is worth discovering.
