CASA BLANC – Country house close to the beach

The house is situated in the town of Calonge, on a very quiet road with little traffic. You can either park inside the grounds and in the garage, or just outside the house on the road. You go into the property through a metal gate. The garden has lots of privacy and is safe as there is a high wall around the house and garden. Ideal for children as they can run around and play safely in the garden.

The house is arranged over two floors.

GROUND FLOOR

Entrance to the house is through a double wooden door into a large central room which leads to all the other rooms. Lounge-dining room with TV, sofas and a wooden dining table and chairs and other furniture. Bright spacious kitchen with fireplace, table and chairs, and all the appliances and utensils necessary for your stay. Small library-reading room with desk and bathroom with toilet and shower.

FIRST FLOOR

You go upstairs to the first floor from the central room on the ground floor. Another large sitting room with wooden beams, sofas and small balcony looking out to the garden. This is where all the bedrooms are: two double bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with a double bed and access to the games room. Full bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.

The games room is on top of the garage and there are 2 single beds in it.

The house has wifi, heating and wonderful views of the garden and the surrounding area.

OUTSIDE

Large garden with areas for doing different activities and relaxing in the peace and quiet. Paved area with built-in barbecues next to some garden furniture. During the summer months, an above-ground pool is set up in the garden so you can cool off and enjoy the warm weather.

Kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils: oven, stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee capsule machine, toaster, fireplace with grill, washing machine and dishwasher. Wooden table and chairs.

Lounge-dining room: wooden dining table and chairs, sofas, TV, coffee table.

4 rustic-style bedrooms with lots of character:

2 double bedrooms with double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps, wardrobes.

1 bedroom with two single beds, bedside tables, reading lamps, wardrobes.

1 bedroom with a double bed set against the wall.

2 single beds in the games room.

2 Bathrooms: walk-in shower, bath, toilet paper, towels.

Comfort: washing machine, iron, clothes lines, wifi, heating, parking in garage or outdoors in the property.

Entertainment: garden, barbecue area, above-ground pool set up during the summer months.

Casa Blanc is located in the town of Calonge which is divided into two parts; the old historic town known as Calonge and the new tourist destination, on the coast, known as Sant Antoni de Calonge. Calonge is situated some 4 kms inland and is the medieval centre of the town with the old towers and walls of Calonge Castle. Surrounded by nature and vineyards, the very varied countryside makes this an ideal place to do all kinds of mountain sports like mountain biking, hiking, walking or cycling among others.
