CAN CASADEVALL – Rural house at the foot of the Pyrenees

The house is located along a quiet stone street with easy access. There is private outdoor parking on a small plot of land, closed off, which is situated behind the house.
You go into the property from the parking zone, which is about 20m from the front door. The main entrance to the house is on the first floor, although you can also enter through the ground floor from the main street on the other side of the house.
From the first floor you can go downstairs to the ground floor or upstairs to the second floor.

GROUND FLOOR
Here we find the entrance hall to the house, with a place to leave bicycles and a sitting room with a decorative fireplace, coffee table and sofa. From this floor you can go out to the main street of the village.

FIRST FLOOR
You go to the main floor either up the stairs from the ground floor or from the outdoor parking area behind. On this floor there is a kitchen with an opening looking out towards the lounge, with all the necessary equipment for your stay.
A bright spacious lounge-dining room with sofas, TV, furniture, decorative fireplace and a round table with chairs. On the other side of the kitchen is the main dining room with a long wooden table and chairs. There is also a guest bathroom.

SECOND FLOOR
You go upstairs to the second floor. This is where the sleeping area is with the bedrooms. One double bedroom with double bed, private bathroom with bath and door leading to a large terrace with outdoor furniture and views of the mountains. Two single bedrooms, one with a pull-out bed, with shared bathroom with bath.

THIRD FLOOR
Going up some more stairs, you come to the third floor, a kind of open-plan top floor with two spaces separated by a wall with a built-in cupboard. On one side is a spacious double bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with bath and views of the mountains. On the other side is a sitting room with two sofa-beds, armchairs, TV and furniture.

Kitchen with all the necessary utensils: oven, vitroceramic hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, filter coffee machine, teapot and toaster.

Lounge I: decorative fireplace, sofa (ground floor).

Lounge II: sofas, TV, decorative fireplace, round table and chairs, views (first floor).

Lounge III: sofa-beds (2), coffee table, TV and armchairs (third floor).

Dining room: long wooden table and chairs.

4 bedrooms:
1 double room with double bed, private bath and terrace.
2 single bedrooms, one of them with a pull-out bed.
1 large bedroom and sitting room (separated by a cupboard), with a double bed and 2 large sofa-beds and bathroom.

All the bedrooms have bed linen and wooden furniture.

Bathrooms: bath with shower, toilet paper, towels.

Comfort: space for keeping bicycles, wifi, private outdoor parking, heating.

Entertainment: terrace with outdoor furniture, board games.
